Micah Elrod, BSN, RN
Assistant Director of Nursing
Micah hails from the Midwest before making his way to the east coast. He grew up in the Sunflower State of Kansas and received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. His nursing career began in Joplin, working on an inpatient psychiatry unit, before making a move to Wilmington in 2021 with his wife. His time at Wilmington Treatment Center began August of the same year. Micah quickly advanced within the nursing department from floor nurse to Assistant Director of Nursing since his relocation, taking the ADON position in February of 2023. Some of his out-of-work interests include sporting events, hiking, fishing, and newly acquired hobbies of paddle boarding and shark tooth hunting.
