Wilmington Alumni Online!

In an effort to both celebrate and enhance the powerful connection between Wilmington Treatment Center and our amazing and inspiring alumni, we are excited to announce two new online initiatives:

• A Wilmington Treatment Center Facebook page
• A private Ning network for Wilmington alumni

Anyone with a Facebook account can join (or “like”) our Facebook page, while participation in the Ning network is password-protected and limited only to Wilmington alumni and staff members.

To become an active participant in our Ning network, just send an e-mail request to wtcalumni@crhealth.org and we’ll send you login information and your own password. We look forward to seeing you online soon!

Alumni Picnic in September

After a two-year hiatus due to construction work on our campus, the annual Wilmington Alumni Picnic is poised to make a triumphant return this September.

We’re still in the process of finalizing our plans, but as soon as we have a firm date, time and other details we’ll spread the word via e-mail, Facebook, Ning and of course the alumni section of our website. (Yet another great reason – hint, hint – to join our online groups and bookmark this page.)

The picnic will be a great opportunity to eat some delicious barbecue, reconnect with staff members, meet new friends and share your story with fellow alumni. Also, we’ll be providing tours of our new Clinical Building and offering additional updates on the ways we’re enhancing our program to provide the best possible service to current and former clients.

New Alumni Newsletter Coming Soon

Another computer-based outreach effort that we’re particularly excited about is our new quarterly alumni newsletter. Scheduled to make its initial appearance in in-boxes across the country this June, the newsletter feature articles and information that we believe will be of particular interest (and value) to our alumni.
